2月1日庆祝月亮新年(Tet), 以维护越南传统, 为越南弱势儿童筹款, New Sunlight for Children, a Vietnamese community group in Sydney, celebrated Lunar New Year (Tet) on February 1 to preserve Vietnamese traditions and raise funds for disadvantaged children in Vietnam. 这次活动吸引了许多海外越南人和当地人,包括传统装饰、食物以及越南-澳大利亚儿童的表演。 The event attracted many overseas Vietnamese and locals, featuring traditional decorations, food, and performances by Vietnamese-Australian children. 该团体成立于2015年,已募集超过92 000澳元,并支助了500多个为贫困儿童提供的礼品包,计划将其活动扩展到越南各地。 Founded in 2015, the group has raised over A$92,000 and supported over 500 gift packages for needy children, with plans to expand their activities across Vietnam.
