Over 120 representatives from 32 countries attended a three-day conference in Dharamshala, India, hosted by the Core Group for Tibetan Cause-India from March 7 to 9, 2026, focusing on the Dalai Lama’s reincarnation, human rights in Tibet, and colonial boarding schools.
这次活动在Losar节期间举行,包括在Tsuglagkhang寺庙祈祷,呼吁与中国对话,重申西藏脱离中国的地位,支持西藏的文化和宗教权利。
The event, held during the Losar festival, included prayers at Tsuglagkhang temple and featured calls for dialogue with China, reaffirmation of Tibet’s status as separate from China, and support for Tibetan cultural and religious rights.
