三亚亚舟湾科技城已将Intrinsic SEA指定为其东南亚战略合作伙伴，利用海南自由贸易港自2025年12月18日起的新海关区地位。 Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City has named Intrinsic SEA its strategic partner for Southeast Asia, leveraging Hainan Free Trade Port’s new customs zone status effective December 18, 2025. 该伙伴关系旨在将东盟企业与海南的优惠政策联系起来,包括15%的所得税税率以及“第一线”和“第二线”制度下的简化贸易。 The partnership aims to connect ASEAN businesses with Hainan’s preferential policies, including 15% income tax rates and streamlined trade under the “First Line” and “Second Line” systems. 它支持海洋工程、AI、生物制造和脑计算机接口方面的合作,与中国的第十五五年计划相一致,并将海南定位为区域创新和连通枢纽。 It supports collaboration in marine engineering, AI, biomanufacturing, and brain-computer interfaces, aligning with China’s 15th Five-Year Plan and positioning Hainan as a regional innovation and connectivity hub.
