The Rural Electrification Agency (REA) has launched a pilot project to install solar photovoltaic systems at 15 public health and education facilities in Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory, Niger State, and Nasarawa State, backed by a $700,000 ECOWAS grant under the World Bank-supported ROGEAP.
