India and South Korea advanced their Special Strategic Partnership during the 6th Foreign Policy and Security Dialogue in Seoul, co-chaired by India’s P. Kumaran and South Korea’s Park Yoon-joo on February 12–13, 2026.

The talks focused on boosting cooperation in AI, semiconductors, green hydrogen, critical minerals, shipbuilding, and supply chains, with plans for high-level visits including a South Korean deputy prime minister’s trip to India for the AI Impact Summit and a Foreign Ministers-led Joint Commission Meeting.
