A KKR-led consortium is nearing a deal to acquire ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, a Singapore-based data center operator, in a transaction valued at over $10 billion, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The purchase, involving KKR and Singapore’s Singtel, would target the company from its parent, ST Telemedia, owned by Singapore’s state investor Temasek Holdings.
