Over €8.6 million in PeacePlus funding has been awarded to Onside Evolution, a cross-border project in Northern Ireland and Ireland’s border counties, to reduce social and digital exclusion among disabled people and their carers.

Running from January 2026 to June 2029, the initiative will support 5,800 individuals through digital inclusion training, active citizenship programs, and improved technology access, while training 2,000 carers to support independent living.
