Egisto Ott, a 63-year-old former Austrian intelligence official, is on trial in Vienna on charges of spying for Russia between 2015 and 2022, accused of passing sensitive data, devices, and personal information to Russian intelligence and fugitive Wirecard executive Jan Marsalek, who is suspected of working for Russia’s FSB.
