The inaugural Out In The Hills Festival, hosted by the Pitlochry Festival Theatre in Perth and Kinross, concluded with praise from actor and director Alan Cumming, who called it “extraordinary.” The three-day event celebrated LGBTQIA+ culture through theatre, music, film, and dance, featuring guests including Sir Ian McKellen, Russell T Davies, Graham Norton, and Scotland’s first openly gay footballer, Zander Smith.
