He confirmed a high-level meeting was held to prepare for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Kaliabor on January 18, where Modi will lay the foundation for the Rs 6,957 crore Kaziranga Elevated Corridor—a 34.45 km wildlife-friendly highway on NH-37 designed to protect Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO site, and improve regional connectivity.
