India's health minister says doctors can work abroad but must acknowledge the country's improved medical infrastructure.

Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda told graduates at King George’s Medical University’s 21st convocation that doctors are free to work abroad but should no longer claim India lacks medical infrastructure.
