Two women from Punjab, Charanpreet Kaur and Mehak Dahiya, were commissioned as Flying Officers in the Indian Air Force after graduating from the Air Force Academy in Dundigal, Hyderabad, in a ceremony reviewed by Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan.
