President Emmerson Mnangagwa has warned that Zimbabwe’s economic stagnation is driving a worsening brain drain, with skilled professionals leaving for better opportunities abroad.

Speaking at the Presidential Innovation Fair, he stressed the need to retain talent by fostering innovation, investing in science and technology, and strengthening collaboration between government, education, and private sectors.
