国际地热标准委员会(地热标准委员会)于2025年11月26日在北京启动,中国中佩克担任其常设秘书处的东道国。 The International Geothermal Standard Committee (IGSC) was launched in Beijing on November 26, 2025, with China’s Sinopec hosting its permanent secretariat. 在国际地热协会的倡议下,全球地质理事会汇集了来自15个国家的30名专家,为地热资源勘探、钻探、发电和地区供暖制定全球标准。 Initiated by the International Geothermal Association, the IGSC unites 30 experts from 15 countries to create global standards for geothermal resource exploration, drilling, power generation, and district heating. 该委员会通过了其2025-2027年工作计划,旨在加速技术部署和国际合作。 The committee adopted its work plan for 2025–2027, aiming to accelerate technology deployment and international cooperation. 中国主要地热开发商中佩克强调其在制定中国一半以上的国家标准以及大规模供热项目方面的作用,这些项目每年减少二氧化碳排放量近620万吨。 Sinopec, a leading Chinese geothermal developer, highlighted its role in creating over half of China’s national standards and its large-scale heating projects that reduce CO2 emissions by nearly 6.2 million tons annually. 预计全球地质理事会的努力将通过促进高效、可扩展的地热能源开发来支持全球气候目标。 The IGSC’s efforts are expected to support global climate goals by enabling efficient, scalable geothermal energy development.
