On November 6, soprano Cao Yaqiong performed at Milan’s Bagatti Valsecchi Museum to mark 55 years of China-Italy diplomatic ties, presenting 18 songs drawn from classical Chinese poetry spanning millennia, including works inspired by Tang Dynasty poets and Dream of the Red Chamber.
