阿曼从2025年11月10日起实行新的文化签证,允许外国艺术家、研究人员和创作者在该国居住一、五年或十年。 Oman has introduced a new cultural visa effective November 10, 2025, allowing foreign artists, researchers, and creatives to reside in the country for one, five, or ten years. 该签证应阿曼文化机构的请求发放,用于支持文化交流、学术协作和参加活动。 Issued upon request by Omani cultural institutions, the visa supports cultural exchange, academic collaboration, and participation in events. 配偶和一级亲属可依照特别规定加入。 Spouses and first-degree relatives may join under a special provision. 签证费用为每年50阿曼里亚尔,必须在发放后三个月内使用。 The visa costs OMR50 annually and must be used within three months of issuance. 它不能在其他签证类型下推广,而且符合阿曼2040年愿景,以促进文化创新、旅游业和全球知识参与。 It is not extendable under other visa types and aligns with Oman Vision 2040 to boost cultural innovation, tourism, and global intellectual engagement.
