2025年11月8日, 越南总理Phjum Minh Chinh领导全国政府会议, 强调宏观经济稳定、通货膨胀控制、协调财政和货币政策以实现2025年目标, On November 8, 2025, Vietnam’s Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính led a nationwide government meeting, emphasizing macroeconomic stability, inflation control, and coordinated fiscal and monetary policies to meet 2025 targets. 他敦促更快地执行关键政党决议,恢复经济结构调整,在近3 000个停滞项目方面取得进展。 He urged faster implementation of key party resolutions, renewed economic restructuring, and progress on nearly 3,000 stalled projects. 优先事项是推进数字转型、绿色转型、创新和基础设施发展,包括Lão Cai-Hà Nái-Hãi Phng铁路。 Priority was given to advancing digital transformation, green transition, innovation, and infrastructure development, including the Lào Cai–Hà Nội–Hải Phòng railway. 政府还侧重于解除欧盟关于非法捕鱼的“黄卡”警告,提高抗灾能力,扩大社会基础设施,以及加强国际一体化,包括签署《联合国网络犯罪公约》。 The government also focused on lifting the EU’s 'yellow card' warning on illegal fishing, improving disaster resilience, expanding social infrastructure, and enhancing international integration, including signing the UN Cybercrime Convention.
