从2025年12月16日起, 孟加拉国将使用国家设备身份登记系统(NeIR)封锁未经授权的移动电话, Starting December 16, 2025, Bangladesh will block unauthorized mobile phones using the National Equipment Identity Register (NEIR) system, which verifies devices via IMEI numbers. 只有合法进口、注册的手机才能继续使用,目的是减少欺诈、盗窃和假冒装置。 Only legally imported, registered phones will remain active, aiming to reduce fraud, theft, and counterfeit devices. 现有用户不会受到干扰, 该系统将有助于遏制非法进口、保护制造商及改善数字安全。 Existing users won’t be disrupted, and the system will help curb illegal imports, protect manufacturers, and improve digital security. 用户可以通过短信、USSD或NEIR门户检查其设备状态。 Users can check their device status via SMS, USSD, or the NEIR portal.
