微软南非与GIZ合作, 于2025年10月29日推出Ikamva Digital, 一个免费的、移动友好的、离线的平台, 向TVET学院的学生和教育者提供网络安全、数据分析、软件开发、云计算和AI相关领域的数字技能培训。 Microsoft South Africa, with GIZ, launched Ikamva Digital on October 29, 2025, a free, mobile-friendly, offline-capable platform offering digital skills training in cybersecurity, data analytics, software development, cloud computing, and AI-related fields to students and educators at TVET colleges. 它旨在配合工业需要和全球劳动力趋势,支持服务不足社区的学习者,与微软学习和联系学习相结合,并旨在扩大到所有50所技术与职业教育培训学院。 Designed to align with industry needs and global workforce trends, it supports learners in underserved communities, integrates with Microsoft Learn and LinkedIn Learning, and aims to expand to all 50 TVET colleges. 该倡议得到德国的BMZ的支持,并与南非的国家发展计划相一致,力求缩小数字技能差距,为青年未来就业做好准备。 The initiative, backed by Germany’s BMZ and aligned with South Africa’s National Development Plan, seeks to close the digital skills gap and prepare youth for future jobs.
