Nearly 100 international spine surgeons convened in Shanghai for the first global conference on a Chinese-developed spinal endoscopy technology called UBD, which reduces incisions from 20 cm to 1 cm using a dual-channel system that combines air and water for improved visibility and precision.
由上海东医院何世生教授的团队十多年来在上海东医院开发出这一技术,在中国的2000多个手术室中应用了这一技术,目前日本和泰国的培训中心正在教授这一技术。
Developed by Professor He Shisheng’s team at Shanghai East Hospital over a decade, the technique has been used in over 2,000 surgeries in China and is now being taught in training centers in Japan and Thailand.
