The rules, under Ministerial Resolution No.

Workers must be at least 21, with contracts in Arabic, up to 12 work hours daily including 8 rest hours, and one paid day off weekly.

Annual leave is 21 days, sick leave 30 days with a medical certificate, and overtime capped at 2 hours daily at the daily wage rate.

Employers have three months to comply, must provide food, transportation, and health insurance, and maintain worker files for one year.
