CapitaLand Ascendas REIT plans to acquire three Singapore industrial properties from Vita Partners for S$565.8 million ($438 million), expected to close in Q1 2026.

The fully leased assets in technology, logistics, and life sciences sectors have a 5.5-year weighted average lease expiry and are projected to deliver a 6.1% net property income yield post-transaction.
