2025年9月21日,阿曼技术和应用科学大学推出了“Itqan”专业学生登记册,通过系统记录学术、专业和课外经验,提高研究生就业能力。 On September 21, 2025, the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Oman launched the "Itqan" professional student registry to boost graduate employability by systematically documenting academic, professional, and extracurricular experiences. 该倡议在高等教育部长的支持下,记录了实习、讲习班、竞赛、志愿工作、创业和其他活动,并将这些活动与学术目标联系起来。 Supported by the Minister of Higher Education, the initiative records internships, workshops, competitions, volunteering, entrepreneurship, and other activities, linking them to academic goals. 其目的是使教育与劳动力市场的需要相一致,提高学生就业的准备程度,并提供正式证书以加强复习。 It aims to align education with labor market needs, enhance students’ readiness for jobs, and provide official certificates that strengthen resumes. 在私营部门和政府伙伴的投入下,Itqan支持自我评估、资质的可信度和全球竞争力,这反映了UTAS将学术和专业发展相结合以促进学生成功这一更广泛的战略。 Developed with input from private sector and government partners, Itqan supports self-assessment, credibility of qualifications, and global competitiveness, reflecting UTAS’s broader strategy to integrate academic and professional development for student success.
