India’s indigenously built diving support vessel INS Nistar arrived in Singapore on September 14, 2025, to join Exercise Pacific Reach 2025, a multinational submarine rescue drill involving over 40 nations.
该船于7月18日投入使用,由印度印度造船厂建造,装有80%以上土著成分的120米、10 000吨船舶充当深海潜水救援车辆的母舰,并支持深海潜水作业。
Commissioned on July 18, the 120-meter, 10,000-ton vessel, built at Hindustan Shipyard with over 80% indigenous content, serves as a mothership for the Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicle and supports deep-sea diving operations.

Participating in the harbor phase, which includes technical discussions and cross-deck visits, the ship will later join the sea phase in the South China Sea.
