Cinnamon招待学院是Cinnamon旅馆和度假村与瑞士旅馆管理学院的合资企业,有43名学生开办。 Cinnamon Hospitality Academy, a joint venture between Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts and the Swiss Hotel Management Academy, has launched with 43 students. 该学院由洛桑高等专科学校提供为期18个月的职业课程,其专业是烹饪、食品和饮料服务以及旅馆业务。 The academy offers an 18-month vocational program by Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, with specializations in Culinary, Food & Beverage Service, and Hotel Operations. 它将理论学习与实践培训相结合,目的是提升斯里兰卡的接待教育,计划在2025年之前扩大到200名学生。 Combining theoretical learning with hands-on training, it aims to elevate hospitality education in Sri Lanka, planning to expand to 200 students by 2025.
